We will ship anywhere in the United States based on weight and zipcode. We will ship to other countries using Ebays Global Shipping program. Items not eligible for Ebays Global ship will be shipped to Canada via usps express mail international rates based on weight and postal code. Please remember shipping rates do NOT include brokerage, duties, customs and/or taxes; these fees are due to the courier upon receipt of the product. If you have an APO address, or are in HI, PR or AK we will need to quote shipping before you click on the buy it now button. Please email via the eBay messaging system and we'll be happy to quote your shipping fees.
Payment
Payments are due within 7 days of auction close. We will ship anywhere in the United States based on weight and zipcode. We will ship to Canada rates based on weight and postal code. The fees do NOT include any brokerage, duties, customs and / or taxes, these fees are due to the courier upon receipt of the product.
Return Policy
This product is Brand New and carries a 1 year limited warranty through Hi-Fi Audio. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for product repair or replacement. We do NOT issue credits or refunds. Please contact us via the customer service email below to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include the auction ID#, product serial number and your name in the email. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
