This one-stop music player has a clean LCD Display with fixed red illumination. Alpine's signature rotary knob makes controlling all your music a breeze. This unit also comes with a convenient front panel auxiliary input so you or your passenger can plug in a portable media player for an additional music source..
FLAC PLAYBACK The CDE-170 can playback FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) files via USB, for a more accurate listening experience.
Android AOA The CDE-170 offers Android AOA (Android Open Accessory) 2.0 when used with a compatible Android™ smartphone through the USB connection. The AOA connection provides better music and sound control compared to basic Bluetooth® audio streaming.
BASS ENGINE SQ TUNING Bass Engine SQ tuning changes bass sound characteristics by automatically adjusting different combinations of EQ, Sub Level and Crossover settings through the choice of five bass profiles (Standard, Punch, Rich, Mid Bass, Low Bass). Use the convenient Bass button on the front panel to choose the setting you prefer.
SIMPLE PLUG-IN WITH FRONT USB PORT AND FRONT AUX INPUT With a dedicated USB input and USB cable, you can connect USB memory devices like thumb drives. Song lists on USB devices are displayed in alphabetical order and allow eight levels of file / folder search capabilities. This unit will find music files while ignoring other file types on the USB device. Note: MP3 device or cell phone cannot be independently controlled through the head unit.
CHARGE YOUR PHONE Standard in-vehicle solutions may drain the battery of your phone, but with the CDE-170, your phone charges via the USB cable, so you can enjoy music and power your phone at the same time.
RBDS INFORMATION The CDE-170 can display song name, artist name, and radio station name if this data is broadcasted by the radio station.

If the Equalizer presets aren’t enough for your listening taste, there’s a 3-Band Parametric Equalizer you can adjust and save as a user preset for a better sound response curve. The setting – Bass, Mid and Treble- can be adjusted in the 3-Band Parametric mode.

We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to replace the item for a brand new one.
We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you chose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you.
